On June 28, HIcap AIoT celebrated its 24th birthday. At 11 a.m., the "24th Anniversary Celebration of " HIcap AIoT " was grandly held in the conference room on the second floor of the headquarters. More than 50 middle-level and above managers and old employee representatives from the headquarters and Yantai subsidiaries attended the celebration.
The celebration ceremony was hosted by Human Resources Director Xu Qingjiang. The meeting began by playing the "Hicap 24th Anniversary Documentary", which showcased the important historical moments and major achievements of Hicap in the 24 years since its establishment, and recorded the beautiful moments of the Phoenix Mountain outdoor celebration held during the company's anniversary month. Dozens of employees from all over the country also recorded blessing videos to express their best wishes for Hicap's birthday. The host then read out the list of people who have worked for 10, 15, and 20 years, as well as the commendation plan. Zhang Zhan, general manager of the management center, Chen Hongxing, general manager of Hicap Yantai, CFO Wang Yan, and CTO Xu Juyuan respectively presented souvenirs to employees with 10 and 15 years of service at the headquarters, Hicap Yantai, Hive soft-tech, and Hiyu Equipment; Mr. Sun, chairman of Hicap AIoT, presented souvenirs to old employees who have worked for 20 years.
Zhang Hui, Marketing Director of Hicap International Trade, delivered a speech as a representative of the old employees. Dear Mr. Sun, hello to all colleagues of Hicap,
Today we gather together to celebrate the 24th anniversary of the company. At this moment, I am excited and moved from the bottom of my heart. I am honored to speak on behalf of 10-year-old employees. Ten years have passed like a flash. Looking back on my 10-year working life, it is like a picture scroll presented before my eyes. This speech does not have gorgeous words, only sincere expression and sharing.
10 years ago, I was facing a new career and first met Hicap. I browsed the video on the company's website. The entire video shooting content and all-round display were shocking; then I carefully read the "Hicap Development Program". I was filled with emotion and developed a strong interest in Hicap. I wanted to understand in depth what kind of company and team can write such a profound corporate culture. It deeply attracted me. Because the office politics of the previous company still left a shadow, many question marks were drawn in my heart at that moment. After some consideration, I submitted my resume because I wanted to join it and follow my heart. On May 26, 2014, Hicap came. After the workshop internship and contact with the department team members, it was enough to prove that my choice was right. I also published my first article "Hicap, My New Home" in the "Hicap Newspaper", and my heart has taken root since then.
Re-choosing a job, as a cross-industry person, is very stressful for me. At the moment when the leader handed over the baton, I also hesitated whether I could lead the team well, whether I could lead the team to increase the company's export share again and again, and have a place for us on the international stage. Hicap is a humane company that focuses on the training of employees and is willing to give more opportunities to those who are truly brave to contribute and take responsibility. Here I would like to thank the leaders for their trust and support, which is the confidence for me to dare to move forward; thank the cooperation and understanding of the international trade team, which is the courage for me to challenge myself; thank the cooperation of the brother departments, we have a common goal in mind, overcome difficulties, never give up, and move forward all the way.
In the process of any enterprise's development, there will always be difficulties of one kind or another. We are the same with Hicap. On the road of transformation, we have encountered difficulties and confusion. It is under the unremitting and wise leadership of the company's senior management that we have overcome difficulties one by one, cut through thorns and made the company stand in the leading position of the cap making industry. This is the power of the helmsman. Sailing on the sea, mastering the tiller, deciding the correct course, and Hicap's oarsmen each rowing their own oars, so that Hicap's big ship can sail far and reach the other side quickly.
As a middle-level manager, I often reflect on what I can bring to the company. Today's market situation is changing rapidly, there are many risks and uncertainties, and the foreign market is also full of competition and uncontrollability. How should I better lead the team, capture market dynamics, provide differentiated products and services, meet customer needs, improve customer satisfaction, and once again achieve a qualitative leap and quantity increase in foreign orders. Our transformation is successful, but we are still facing the intelligent upgrade of products. The company must continue to take the digital development route to gain greater market development space. The competitors that Hicap faces include both old peers in the cap making industry and new rivals in the Internet industry seeking cross-border development. To win the competition, you need to be one step faster than your peers, one foot deeper than cross-border players, and more fearless of difficulties, courageous to fight, and persistent in struggle than all opponents.
Every time I see our iron triangle in action, my heart surges; every time I think of the company's goals: doubling labor efficiency and IPO listing, I wonder what my team and I can do for the company. Maybe at this moment our International Trade Department is still sticking to the traditional cap making sector, but I believe that in the near future, foreign countries will also fully open the digital era, and it is imperative to connect domestic and foreign countries. At present, we must lay a good foundation, carry out overseas layout in all directions, quickly seize our market share abroad, provide customers with system solutions, supply through multiple channels, realize the whole chain supply from coated printing plate-aluminum cylinder-aluminum cap-mold-production line, and increase customer stickiness. Opportunities always favor those who are prepared, and only those who advance despite difficulties will win!
I remember that some time ago, when a foreign customer visited us, he praised Hicap's on-site management, scale strength, R&D and innovation, which are comparable to those of world-class cap-making companies. The customer then asked where Hicap's future lies? At that time, Mr. Sun answered that Hicap's future lies in the international arena. Yes, Hicap people have the spirit of "humility, honesty, and diligence". We must have an empty cup heart, change our concepts, meet the development needs of the company, continuously improve our cognition, continuously improve our literacy and skills, and use what we have learned to efficiently serve the company and customers. I believe that in the near future, we will use the domestic market as a seesaw to stand at the top of the world's cap-making industry and let our products bloom in every corner of the world. This is the belief that is integrated into the blood of Hicap people. We will move forward tenaciously and live up to our mission.
